starting research for new recieveragtpunx40

I've been looking around for a new reciever, probably buying this fall. I like the denon 2802, it's got almost everything I'm looking for, dts es discrete, preamp outs, and I like the sound, I like it better for HT, but it's pretty good for music too. Right now, I've got a pair of Paradigm studio 20s up front, JBL S26s for rears, VTF 2 for a sub, and I'll be getting the paradigm center later this month. I'll be getting a BFD soon too. I really want a reciever I can expand on. I figure with dts es discrete and preouts, I'll keep it for a while. I don't plan on adding a rear center soon, but I figure I will eventually. Anyway, the only issue is that the sub out can only be crossed at 80 or 100 hz, and I'd like something that can go lower. I know the 2803 has that, but it's twice the price, and that's pretty much all I'd bet getting out of it (won't be adding 7.1 till well after 6.1, and after I get seperate amps for the fronts). Any reccomendations in the $400-500 range that has a low adjustable crossover, pre outs, and dts es discrete outs? I looked at outlaw, but eventually I'm gonna want dts es, and it only has dd ex
Here's how you do itNorm Strong

Write down a list of all the features and capabilities that you insist on in your receiver. Go down the list of all receivers and strike out the ones that lack anything on the list.

Now write down a list of the features you'd very much like, but that wouldn't be a deal killer if they weren't there. Go down the list of those that survived the first winnowing, and eliminate all that lack any of those features.

Is there anything left? Is it in your price range? Then buy it.
