And I just saw an ad in an audio mag where they have a remastered version of this CD available now- might need to have woofers double their size now- smile.

telarc is a good source for hi qual classical. search towerrecords.com for telarc and youll see.
a recommendation-pictures at an exhibition/lorin maazel/cleveland orch/telarc. tempos and playing right on the money! xlnt recording. better on LP than cd. LP was avail b4 cd, better sound due to transfer direct to LP master from dig master. no downsampling.
the pix on telarc by yoel levi is also xlnt. delos has some great stuff too. hovaness-mt st helens symph.
another lable would be the mercuries mastered by wilma cozart fine.

They don't have a website, but if you email me, I'll send you the latest soft copy of their catalog that I have.

Sorry for the double post.

I've been really happy with the recordings that I've been getting from them, and I just got a box of them last week (including DAD's!), that have just been outstanding.

They don't have a website, but if you email me, I'll send you the latest soft copy of their catalog that I have. Please put somthing meaningful in the subject line (like "requesting Arts catalog"), I get a lot of spam with subjects like "Re: hey", so I've begun ignoring them...if I've ignored anyone here, please feel free to email me again, call me a knucklehead, but not in the subject line (I've been getting a lot of strange spam).
Update -- now available via httpDustyChalk

Here, this should save you the trouble of having to email me: Here is the html version, and this is a link to the original MSWord document from which the HTML was converted.
Can anyone recommend any of these (or others) on SACD/CD Hybrid?oron
