The Who - Quadrophenia $229
The Police - Syncronicity $149
Jethro Tull - Stand Up $299
Pink Floyd - The Wall $275
John Coltrane - Blue Train $129
The Who - Who's Next $249
Roy Orbison - Mystery Girl $149
Johnny Winter - Second Winter $99
Moody Blues - Seventh Sojourn $149
Are these people nuts?!??? I thought the people selling MFSL discs for over $40 were smoking something. I bought Syncronicity and Quadrophenia recently for $25 each...obviously these nutballs did also. The Wall? yeah, it would be cool to have but the recent remaster sounds much better than the MFSL version and can be had at your local music store for $20.
I suppose now that MFSL will be back in business soon, these people will be eating some discs. |
| Idiots! HDCD and recent remasters blow away MFSL!!! | Ms. Understood May 13, 2001 8:17 AM | | Just goes to show you... |
| Not all of them | Church of the Holy Woofer May 14, 2001 9:31 PM | | No version of Blue Train on CD sounds better then the ancient 1991 Mofi, nor Somethin' Else, Songs for Swingin Lovers, Synchronicity, A Night in Tunisia, I could on and on.
Now that they're back in business, they'll hopefully put to shame more of the mainstream labels recent releases. |
