I've heard good things about them. But then again, I heard good things about Built To Spill and Radiohead, two bands that don't yank my crank.
How do they compare to ...#LB

......"METROPOLIS 2000".

You will be convinced.

Put forth some effort to understand the story behind the SCENES FROM A MEMORY CD before you view the DVD.......its awesome.

Their release, "Scenes From a Memory" is their best IMO.
It is a concept album with a cool storyline.
They put more effort into songwriting as opposed to riff-writing like the earlier albums.

The earlier DT albums are good especially if you're a fan of speed-metal. Best is "Images and Words" from 1992.

Queensryche with more technique is a good comparison.

Extended listening becomes tiresome for me.
