Seriously, I am really enjoying it. But I'm never sure if I should review comps that have been around for a while. I always figure that they've been reviewed and I'll just embarrass myself by comparing the artists to the Beatles or something. :-)
And that wasn't a pathetic attempt to squeeze a review out of you. After Jim Clark's lovely review of SOTW, I didn't need to hear anymore.

I believe I've mentioned him in one of the "favorite lyricists" threads, but I'm not finding it -- could've been on the previous version of the board. He has had me giggling uncontrollably. And characters wackier than Syd Barrett's. Tender Pervert, the name of one of his earlier albums, best describes him. Check out the first song here for an example. WARNING: explicit lyrics! |
