| Bill-- Hawksley Workman! | Rae Dec 26, 2001 7:35 AM | | I received (last night we were) the delicious wolves in the mail on Monday. Mymusic.com is fast! ...plus they included two Bazooka Joe bubble gums in with the CD, so they're all right in my book.
I've had the chance to listen to the disc a couple of times, and it is not what I was expecting. It's weird and pretty and a little disturbing, but I like it! So far "You Me and the Weather," "Your Beauty Must Be Rubbing Off," and "Jealous of Your Cigarette" seem like standouts.
Thanks for the rec!

| Glad you like it. | audiobill Dec 26, 2001 8:58 PM | | Rae:
The other album of his is equally diverse and equally disturbing. You may also want to check out his "Christmas" album -- not for the faint of heart.
IMO Workman's discs become better with each play.
