| Excellent DVD concert - Roger Waters | Dave G. Dec 26, 2001 5:17 AM | | Folks,
this is what DVD is all about.
Roger Waters - In the Flesh - Live
170 minutes of excellence.
Excellent picture quality.
Excellent sound quality.
Excellent musicians (who's that left handed lead giutar dude, Andy Fairweather Low?)
Excellent song listing.
This DVD is by the far the best concert DVD I have seen yet.
I have seen Roger in concert before on the RADIOKAOS tour, and he blew Pink Floyd away who was here a few weeks before his show.
Any Pink Floyd or Roger Waters fan should own this DVD.
Here's a question -
1) Was Pink Floyd really Rogers band? Sure does seem like it to me. His versions of the songs are lots better than the Pink Floyd that exists these days. At least to me.

I believe the lefty guitarist is Doyle Bramhall II. The DVD is on my wish list also. Attended the In The Flesh tour in Atlanta and it was an excellent show, but I would disagree on Roger being "better" than the current Pink Floyd. More like two distinct forms of excellence.
