new wave outfit from Belgium? I just recently re-listened to "TC Matic". I've never seen any other records. It's pretty unique. Always liked a real big bass line along with a good drum kick. Sorta kinda like Gang of Four, but not really. Wanna try some? E-mail me. |

Not only did they have an incredible bassplayer (Ferre Baelen) and guitar ace in the Fripp tradition (J.Marie aerts) , the face of this band was Arno (who's prime infuences were Fred Astaire and Led Zeppelin).
I'm just wondering if anyone 'understands' Arno's weird mix of Ostend dialect, his 'hairy' French and the Cockney like English.
If cou can, get the "Compil Complet" 2 cd set which will give you their greatest moments and also throws in some exciting live stuff as well. |
