Anyone else g last night? It was a pretty good time indeed! I'm not sure I liked it as much as his '93 tour but theat may have had to do with it being indoors rather than at The Vet.

My only knock against the show was the 20 minute bit in the beginning after the 15 minute delay. What was all that bollocks? I felt like I was at a Madonna concert!

Cheers!

How much material from the BEATLES is in the program ?

Who (and how good) are the players ?

The set list was about 36 songs long, with the following make-up:
1. Beatles
2. Solo/Wings
3. New Album (about 4 songs)
4. Song from Vanilla Sky Soundtrack

He did two encores and played for about 3 hours. His band mates are all new except for "Wix" on the keyboards. I don't recall the new members' names but they were all fairly young. I'd say they were close to my age 25-30 yrs old and did a pretty damn good job with all of the songs.

One other disappointment was the price of Tour Merchandise. Paul is THE RICHEST ROCKSTAR IN ENGLAND and it looks as if he plans to keep that title. T-shirts STARTED OUT at $35 (as oposed to the $15-25 at other rock shows) and a program costs $30 (they were given out free during the '93 tour.
