You want to see a big MESA stack ???

Check out the DVD of Dream Theater, "METROPOLIS 2000:
Scenes From New York".

Petrucci likes MESA.....and IBANEZ.....and knows how to max both !!!
Hmmm, aren't they a prog band?Swish

Just messin' with ya. You have my curiousity piqued. My amp will allow me to add a decent stack, but my needs are minimal since I'm not gigging or anything. I have a few friends who are jamming with me presently, and that's about all I can afford time-wise. My job requires a lot of travel and leaves little time for fun stuff most of the time. I love my job, but I wish I had more free time. I'm trying to diversify (investment property and so forth) so I can get out of the rat race before I'm too old to enjoy it. Can you tell I've been drinking tonight? Diet Sprite with Vanilla Stoli. Tastes like one of those vanilla popcicles. Remember those things?

I just wanted to point out that, even though your amp will kikbutt all by itself, here is a DVD that shows a great player that likes the MESA product.

BTW, when I was a roadie in my younger days, I did a short tour with ZZ Top. Both the guitar & bass techs would set up these huge Marshall stacks -- my guess is 8 rows of three cabinets on each side -- in other words 24 cabinets per player. It was, needless to say, an amazing display of power when you see all those stacks and all those little red lights illuminated on the amps.

However, if you were to walk behind the stacks, you would only find one cabinet that had a speaker cord plugged into it -- the one that was miked up for the PA.
Yea, I just read something like that about another band...Swish

I think it was in Guitar Player magazine. They showed a huge Marshall stack but mentioned that only the bottom 4 were actually connected. Looks really powerful though.

I just send out $ for a Mutron III with a PS 1 power supply - the orinal pedal, not the III +, and a Marshall PB 100 volume attenuator. Gotta keep that volume down or I'll be deaf by Christmas!
