| Grand Funk experts, I need your guidance. | DPM Feb 27, 2003 5:15 PM | | Now that Grand Funk's entire 1970's output has been remastered and released onto CD, I need to know what title I should purchase next. I currently own Closer To Home, We're An American Band, and All The Girls In The World Beware. I like all three. I have to say that Mel Schacher is one hell of a bass player.
Thanks in advance.

| E Pluribus Funk | PwrPopGuy Feb 27, 2003 5:37 PM | | Contains "Footstompin' Music", "Loneliness", "Rock and Roll Soul" |
| also, "Survival" | PwrPopGuy Feb 27, 2003 5:43 PM | | Contains "Feelin' Alright" (the Dave Mason song), "Gimme Shelter" (I like Grand Funk's version better than the Stones). And a correction on the E Pluribus Funk album: the song "Rock and Roll Soul" was on "Phoenix", not EPF. |

A 2.5 hour drive south from my cozy little slice of northern
Michigan redneck heaven where the only blacks, arabs and mexicans are seen on tv.
I haven't listened to any of crappy old GF in years.
Allthough everyone here in Cattletracks was raised on that sludge and I was no different owning all the LPs.But I can be of no help picking one because I find it all to be boring crap and one would be better off elevating themselves above this nonsense. But if I had to listen to a GF LP it probably would be the double Live one.Just because it has all the Gf you could ask for.
Thanks for thinking of me butt breath.
