Jun 25, 2002 12:18 PM | | I have on order a Decware SE84C that uses two 12AX7's in the pre-amp section. I'm curious as to if changing the 12AX7's will make a difference in the sound, slight as it may be!? I allready own the Jolida JD1501 which has (2) 12AX7's, which i have changed with "delightful" results, so now i'm curious (more like excited) about the possible results with the SE84C! Has anyone changed the 12AX7's? Did it make any difference? With what results? thanks for any help! Tom |
