I just bought a Dynaco PAS-4 pre-amp to use with my 2 NAD C-270 amps bridged along with Dynaudio 52's. All IC's are AQ Viper and Monster Z1 speaker wire. I love the sound that I'm getting out of the Dynaco tight fast bass,lush mids and detailed highs, but I would like more bloom in the mids and more air around the highs. The Dynaco came with 2 sovtek 12ax7 and 4 Phillips 6dj8 tubes. Can anyone recommend some good replacement tubes to give me the sound I'm looking for.
