I have a chance to purchase an eight-year-old Sound Dynamics ASub15 sub for cheap. It has a 15-inch woofer and a 180-watt amp that has a large integrated circuit powering it, rather than discrete components.
Does anyone out there know if this was a good unit? I also have a much newer Mirage BPS-150 sub with twin eight-inch drivers and a 150-watt mosfet amp, to be used in my main system upstairs. The second sub will go in the basement system if I keep it.
How do these two units compare? Thanks for your help. |
