Cassette repair info, pleaseJohnW

Hello, friends,
I've got a '81 Denon 3-head cassette deck that I really love, but lately the play/ FF & RW rarely work! I've looked deeply into the transport mechanism, and it seem that the arm from the motor that
drives these 3 functions (as opposed to the 2nd motor driving the capstan) is not making a firm connection with a small disc (with a rubber belt on it) that in turn drives the hubs. Is this just a matter of replacing that disc/ belt component? Where could I buy the part and do it myself?
Thanks for any advice!
