i just purchased this amp at a pawn shop. Now i use my Yamahra receiver(HTR 5280) 's pre out as a pre-amp. Aslo i use this amp to drive my klipsch (KLF 30), and i use a sony dvd player i noticed that this set up did not give me any good sound and lack of bass.
can you tell me what's problem with my system. is my the accuphase amp cause the problem? or i need to buy a good pre-amp to get a good soud?. or i shoudl buy quality cd player?

Even though the KLF-30's have two twelve inch woofers each, it seems that Klipsch deliberately rolled them off so you could use a sub with them. What is lacking in your sound besides bass? Are they sounding bright, dull, imaging loss, loss of soundstage? Is the problem with music and movies? Are you using your DVD player for movies and or music as a source? |
