|   Svideo vs. Component video cables | gorilla196635
Oct 22, 2003 12:54 PM | | Okay, Can anyone tell me why my svideo looks better than my component video for satellite TV. I have a Mitsubishi 65" TV and a hughes satellite receiver. I also have an HDTV tuner for off air broadcasts hooked up with component video an that looks great. The component for the satellite looks blocky no matter ho I adjust the sharpness/contrast and brightness. Also tried the other video noise reduction and sharpness on/off controls. Could i be the cable itself? any help thanks |
